July 4th Children's Parade

Children ages 4-10 years are invited to show their patriotic spirit by decorating their bikes, wagons, scooters, rollerblades, or strollers in red, white, and blue. This fun prelude to the main parade is a chance for our youngest residents to lead the way in celebration of Independence Day. Families interested in participating, please meet at the Calvary Lutheran Church parking lot, 1750 N. Calhoun Road, at 9:30 a.m. on July 4th, for the lineup. The Children's Parade will travel north on Calhoun Road to Civic Drive (0.2 miles). When it is over, parents can meet their children at the Safety Building and view the main parade.
